For air quality management, we offer software solutions that are developed in Europe and are used in cities such as London, Beijing and Cape Town. Also, the creation of strategic noise maps for the world's largest cities would not be possible without software for noise forecasting and mapping. We use the programmes that are recognised throughout Europe and beyond, and that are used in the largest EU cities, as well as in the Baltics.

Air pollution dispersion modelling programme used to model the air quality for industrial installations. The programme permits to model the dispersion of pollution from a number of pollution sources (up to 300) in one modelling cycle, by taking into consideration the actual meteorological conditions, air pollution background level, variation of the emission rate over time, as well as other factors affecting the dispersion of pollution. The results can be displayed graphically on a topographic map or aerial photograph and are easily comparable with the parameters of air quality requirements.
Air quality management programme, which determines the air quality in cities and agglomerations according to the existing emission sources.
Air pollution dispersion modelling software for road networks or small populated areas, which provides for modelling of pollution dispersion from 100 to 7000 road sections in one calculation cycle.
Air quality management software for airports.
Screening (indicative) model for air pollution dispersion calculations. This model allows to set priorities in a simple and fast manner and indicates whether further modelling is required. It is suitable for indicative modelling of air quality for small boiler houses provided there is one stationary source (in accordance with the requirements of Regulations No. 1015 of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 14, 2004 “Environmental requirements for management of small boiler houses”).
ELLE is an authorised distributor of the environmental noise mapping software IMMI (developed by German company Wölfel Monitoring Systems GmbH + Co. KG) in the Baltic States. IMMI is broadly used in Europe and covers a wide range of applications – strategic noise mapping, environmental impact assessment, as well as environmental permitting. Currently more than 900 licences are issued in 16 countries, including the Baltic States.
The IMMI model has the capability to calculate noise data according to all methods as prescribed by the Regulations No. 16 of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 7, 2014 ”Procedure of assessment and management of noise”, Directive of Europe Parliament and Council of July 25, 2002 (2002/49/EC) on assessment and management of environmental noise, and Recommendation of European Commission of August 6, 2003 (2003/613/EC) on revised temporary calculation methods of noise of industrial installations, aircrafts, car traffic and railway.
